Nous vous rappelons que, pour participer à la Pitch Marathoon’s, les participants doivent avoir entre 5 et 10 ans et doivent impérativement s’inscrire gratuitement via cette plateforme. Aucune inscription ne sera enregistrée sur place le jour de l’évènement. Les parents doivent être présents lors de la course et autorisent tout médecin à pratiquer ou faire pratiquer toute intervention médicale et/ou chirurgicale en cas d'urgence et/ou à prescrire tout traitement rendu nécessaire par l'état de santé à son enfant. Je décharge de toute responsabilité ASO et renonce également dès aujourd’hui à faire valoir, toutes revendications, lors de la Pitch Marathoon’s, concernant les blessures et dommages matériels ou corporels occasionnés ou subis par mon enfant, en cas de vol ou de perte de biens. Les parents autorisent A.S.O.(ou ses ayants-droit) à utiliser ou reproduire le nom, l'image, la voix de l'enfant dans le cadre de la course en vue de toute exploitation directe ou sous forme dérivée de l'épreuve.
 

We remind you that to take part in the Pitch Marathoon's , participants must be between 5 and 10 years old and register free of charge using this form. No entries will be accepted onsite the day of the event. Parents must be present during the race and authorize any doctor to carry out or have any medical/ surgical intervention performed in the event of an emergency and/or prescribe any treatment required as a result of their child’s health. I will not hold A.S.O. responsible in any way and also renounce submitting any claim with regard to physical injuries and material loss caused or suffered by my child, in the event of theft or the loss of property, during the Pitch Marathoon’s. The parents authorize A.S.O. (or its beneficiaries) to use or reproduce the last and first name, picture and voice of the child as part of the race with a view to using it directly or on a by-product of the race.
